With over 20 years of experience buying and selling homes throughout the greater Los Angeles area, I have acquired expert knowledge of the Southern California real estate market, specializing in the Santa Clarita and the San Fernando Valleys. Brian has been a Santa Clarita resident since 1973 giving him unparalleled knowledge of Santa Clarita. He enjoyed a front row seat watching Santa Clarita grow from 50,000 residents to where it is now. Brian believes Santa Clarita is one of the best communities to raise a family in the US and resides in Santa Clarita with his wife Barbara and two children, Alyssa and Gunnar. His mother still resides in his childhood home in the original planned Old Orchard ll community. He attended Old Orchard elementary, Placerita Jr. High and Hart High schools as did both his children. His favorite things about Santa Clarita are its the vast biking, Mountain biking, hiking and lake access water sports which are part of this amazing community.
Brian brings years of experience to help each and every client find their dream home that meets their needs and budget. In the mid 1980’s, he proudly served in the US Army and as a member of the law enforcement community with the City of Baldwin Park Police Department. He spent many years working in the automotive Industry while quietly working on Real Estate projects. After 25 years of buying and selling homes in Santa Clarita, and working in the automotive Industry, Brian chose to exclusively focus on Real Estate in 2017 where he has found his true calling working with and helping families find their forever homes.
