"God answers prayers. He sends his angel to bless you and he sends this wonderful agent to perform his blessing for us. Craig is an angel sent from above, does things that no other realtor (to my knowledge) does. He is available 24/7 to address problems and answer questions. He paid for all of our moving expenses, including pod storage. He sends his cleaning crew to clean your house, his window guy Hugo, his people who did the painting did a remarkable job, making your house nice and presentable to the buyer. He offers suggestions. Craig is one guy my husband and I will never forget. He helps you in every way he can. He sees your need from the smallest thing. He was also the agent for our new home. Wonderful and great things he did in our new home on Winterdale Dr. He sent his angel workers to clean our house, clean the windows inside /outside, he sent his carpet cleaners, and he paid for everything out of his goodness and kindness. He does the little things for you, but for us they are great. He may be chatty but if you look at his intention, it is all for good reason. if you look at his heart, this is what your money can't buy. He would even pick me up to look at properties, and bring me home. The night we moved in to our new home, Craig even stopped at In 'N' Out Burger to bring us our dinner. The Glory of God is in him. Let me tell you, my husband and I have had other realtors before, but never anyone as thorough and knowledgeable as Craig. He was always there to guide us from the first meeting and even after we closed escrow, he was still making himself available to help us with the remodel of our new home. He even negotiated down the price for the Plummer and other contractors that were hired to get out home move in ready! Even with a busy schedule, he went to meet them at our home when we were at work and were not able to meet the contractors ourselves. Craig is the Nordstrom of realtors...he takes care of his customers! No one is like Craig. He pays for your movers (which were great by the way), he helps you get little things fixed around the house before you move in, helps you with the loan, and his people skills are amazing and gets the job done. Any other realtor would be a mistake! I used another realtor for the sale of my home (Craig helped me with purchase only) and I got to see side by side what another realtor is like. I wish I met Craig before I listed my house. He was great!!!

Sit back and relax - buying a home with Craig as your realtor is no stress! As first time home buyers, the amount of information and the process of home buying was overwhelming! Craig was proactive at showing us houses that were just on the market and helping us create and negotiate a great offer! He worked with our budget constraints in mind, and negotiated for the sellers to pay our closing cost - a huge savings to us. $ Through the closing process, he scheduled all inspections/appointments around our availability - and even went the extra mile to meet us so he could explain all paperwork that needed to be signed, instead of just directing us to sign it at the escrow office by ourselves. He answered/returned every phone call/email/text message within hours. We never felt he was out of reach; and he always had OUR best interest in mind! Our lender offered us a rate with the option to purchase down the rate using points, and Craig even negotiated with our lender to have the lender pay the points for us - another huge savings to us! $$ But wait - there's more! Once we closed, Craig didn't forget about us! Craig was full of great suggestions of ways to upgrade our house to make it feel like home. He then negotiated a great price with a contractor to add improvements and paint our home! But wait - there's STILL more! (Seriously, call Craig!) Before we moved in, he even arranged and paid for new carpet in the whole house - ANOTHER huge savings to us! $$$ Then, his company arranged and paid for movers! Yet another huge savings to us! $$$$ I honestly believe that we would not have been able to purchase a single family home if we had not met Craig.

First, he knows the Santa Clarita Valley market VERY well. He knows all of the major realtors in SCV, and is on top of all new listings. Second, Craig cares about the satisfaction of his client, more than his own fee. A lot of realtors are not invested in their clients. Craig is. He wants you to find your dream home, and is willing to go through the roller coaster with you until that happens. No matter how long it takes. Third, Craig is respectful of your financial parameters (this was huge for me!). If you come to him with a budget, he'll respect it. He will not try to influence you to buy over budget. My wife and I decided to purchase our first home earlier this year. We had no idea what to expect, we were both first time home buyers and we were not familiar with the process of buying a home. Luckily, an inquiry into a home led us to Craig Martin. I knew after I spoke with Craig for the first time that he was the one I wanted to help find our first home. His experience and his knowledge of the housing market really showed. It never once felt like Craig was just a realtor trying to make a sale. He took initiative and always did his research on the comps, what the house could most likely go for, and whether it was really worth it for us. He truly wanted the best for us. Craig was always professional but also very approachable and friendly. He became the highlight of some of our house hunting days.
