Santa Clarita Neighborhoods
Valencia is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Santa Clarita. The neighborhood is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and parks, as well as some of the best schools in the city including California Institute of the Arts and College of the Canyons. Valencia is also conveniently located near several freeways, making it easy to get around Santa Clarita.
Stevenson Ranch is a newer neighborhood located in the southwestern part of Santa Clarita. The area is known for its large homes and upscale amenities, parks and recreation facilities. Stevenson Ranch is also home to a number of schools, including West Ranch High School and Valencia High School.
Newhall is a charming historic neighborhood that was once the center of Santa Clarita’s mining industry. Today, the area is home to a number of antique stores, art galleries and the SENSES Block Parties. Newhall is also home to the William S. Hart Museum, which houses a collection of artifacts from the city’s history.
